There really is something for everyone here
If you’re a Bristol-based fan of world-class live music, then we’ve got some good news for you: there’s a new gig series coming to town over the summer, and it looks like it’s going to be pretty flippin’ special.
We would wax lyrical to you about how this series has been put together by the team behind some of our absolute favourite venues, or how we genuinely think that these are going to be some of the best gigs the South-West of England has seen for a long time – but, why would we, when the line-up is more than good enough for it to speak for itself? So, read on, dear reader, and prepare to be amazed by the sheer breadth of talent that’s set to hit Bristol’s brand-new St. Philip’s Gate throughout this summer:
Echo & The Bunnymen and The Jesus And Mary Chain hit Bristol on June 22nd
UB40 will be taking to the stage on June 23rd
Future Islands (with Little Dragon) will be hitting St. Philip’s Gate on July 20th
From The Jam, The Beat, and The Selector will bring their mini-Mod revival on August 3rd
