    OUTLYA’s New Single ‘Lost’ is a Catchy ‘Lil Summertime Anthem-In -Waiting (And It’s Bloody Brilliant)

    The boys are back with an absolute banger

    This, dear reader, is called Lost, and it’s the new single from the recently-independent alt-pop that you may know as OUTLYA. It starts out with a guitar, a vocal and something that sounds worryingly like a distorted turntable scratch: which, when put together, amount to about a 6.5/10 on the Pop Banger Scale.

    Then, like all good pop songs, it chucks on about a hundred additional layers of keys, vocals, and drums, adds in a few repeats of its irritatingly catchy chorus, and ends up being a solid 8/10 on the PBS.

    That, newly-converted OUTLYA fan, is how it’s done.
