It’s quite hard not to love The Great Escape.
The Brighton three-dayer has long been an institution in the British festival calendar, and for good reason. Not only does it take place in the heart of the beautiful seaside city of Brighton, but it also consistently boasts one of the planet’s best bills of new and emerging talent.
The only problem with it, really, is that the line-up might just be a little bit too stacked. After all, how can one person reasonably be expected to scroll through so many pages’ worth of top-tier talent, and then decide who they’re going to catch over the course of three short days?
