Do you want to go to the seaside?
Over the course of The Great Escape, we’re not quite sure why everybody wouldn’t want to go.
Not only does the Brighton three-dayer have a reputation for being one of, if not the, best new music festivals on the planet, but we’re struggling to think of anywhere else where you could watch some phenomenal, high-energy live bands and then be licking an ice cream on the beach within the space of five minutes.
And frankly, dear reader, that’s everything we’ve ever wanted here at One on One HQ.

The only problem with The Great Escape, really, is that the lineup is always a little too good.
We’re only human – so how can we possibly be expected to work through the seemingly infinite number of top-tier artists on the list, listen to a couple of tracks by each, and then work out our schedule for each day? It’s a lot, really, and we’re not sure we’re up to the task.
So, we’ve done what we always do in times of crisis – made a playlist and hoped for the best.
