What’s the weirdest thing that’s happened to you on tour?
Andy being told he has a “sensitive face” by a middle aged man while on way into a venue. Think that’ll take some beating.

Musically, people like Elliot Smith for his lyrical genius, Dave Grohl for his hard beats and Prince for being a good all rounder.
Which song do you wish you had written?
It’s got to be Buddy Holly by Weezer. It’s a perfect song because it’s got everything; it’s got a great melody, a great sound and it is a really fun song.
Have you got any advice for new artists starting off at the moment?
New bands need a good recording to get noticed. It makes such a difference and gives off a professional image.
What are you listening to at the moment?
