The Acid’s piano man is stepping into the limelight
We love a bit of Jens Kuross here at One on One HQ. After all, what’s not to love? His voice is absolutely gorgeous, his songs are carefully-crafted slices of alt-pop perfection, and his Instagram feed consistently toes the line between being continually self-deprecating and laugh-out-loud hilarious.
This show is going to be pretty special
If you like what you’re hearing from Jens Kuross, then we’ve got some good news for you: he’s only gone and announced a headline show at London‘s Servant Jazz Quarters for April 11th.
We’ll be there, and we think that it’s going to be great: after all, not only will Jens be playing all of the best tracks from across his pretty impressive back catalogue, but we’ve heard that he’ll also be showcasing some brand new songs from his forthcoming series of releases, Art at the Expense of Mental Health. If the tracks on that new collection are half as good as the ones he’s already put out, then we think we’re in for a real treat; and, if Jens‘ voice is on as good form as it is in this clip from his Mahogany Session, then we’re thinking that this gig might just be one of our highlights of the Spring. We’ll see you down the front.
