We’re seriously liking this American girl
In case you didn’t know, American singer/songwriter Donna Missal released her (rather stunning) debut album a couple of weeks ago; and, from that album, there’s one particular song that we’ve been absolutely obsessing over.
It’s called Keep Lying, and it’s an incredibly powerful and heartfelt track that comes complete with the most beautifully soulful vocals that you’re ever likely to hear. If you ask us, it’s very much reminiscent of some of the all-time greats, but with that ever-so-fresh contemporary twist that Missal sprinkles throughout; and do trust us, dear reader, when we tell you that that’s high praise indeed.
